 An essential part of our services that you sign up for when you create a Leapsolutionskw account on our Platform is to receive communications from the Leapsolutionskw group through email and our Platform. Returns and refunds Policy

If you made an order and you would like to return it then you can submit a request through WhatsApp on the website and we will return it for free but the below terms and conditions has to be applied:

-          You have 14 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.

-          You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of it.

-          If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any delivery fees applied.

- In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer or purchased during the sales campaigns etc. then we have the rights not to accept the product return. Replacement is possible only if customer is proving (defect / missing part / etc ) only within 14 days after the delivery.

-          If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund along with any delivery fees paid.

-          A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.

-          Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

-          Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
